Dale R. Downing, CPA

Dale graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1983. He has over 40 years of experience in public accounting.

Over the years, he has provided federal and state tax preparation services for individuals, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, S corporations, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations. He also provided a wide range of accounting services, including compiled and reviewed financial statements, audit engagements, agreed-upon procedure engagements, personal and business consulting, bookkeeping, and payroll services. He also worked with clients to fulfill their personal and business year-end tax planning.

Dale’s philosophy has been to establish a close relationship with his clients to meet their accounting, tax, and business and personal consulting needs. He believes his experience, knowledge, and passion for providing quality services will enhance his clients’ personal and professional lives.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Julie M. Rink, CPA

Julie is a native Texan and has always lived in the North Texas area. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas in Denton where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is a Texas Certified Public Accountant. After college graduation, she started her career at a local public accounting firm, and then continued her work as a tax manager in both local and regional public accounting firms.

Julie has over 30 years of experience, all in public accounting. She enjoys working directly with her clients, whether it is one time a year or year-round as tax and accounting needs present themselves. Her primary focus has been income tax preparation, including tax planning and consulting, for businesses and individuals as well as bookkeeping and quarterly/yearly payroll report filings. She prefers working closely with her clients to understand their personal and business needs. This helps to ensure that they partner together so she can better assist them and navigate their situation applying current tax rules and regulations.

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
